Track a Shipment
International orders are shipped via UPS International or Ex Works Naples Florida unless otherwise specified. We do reserve the right to ship via other air freight carriers, and you have the option of requesting shipment with a different carrier if you provide us with your account number so you can be billed directly.

Every effort is made to ship your order as expeditiously as possible. You may track your shipment in one of two ways:

Shipping Expenses
Shipping expenses are billed directly to you in accordance with the chosen carrier's rates, including any additional fees associated with special handling requests.



Damaged Shipment Claims
All claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier delivering the shipment, following the carrier’s claim policy. CHAD Therapeutics’ responsibility ceases with delivery to the carrier.



Shipment Shortage
Should you ever receive an incomplete order, please contact the International Customer Service Team within five days of receiving your shipment to ensure we can rectify the situation in the most efficient manner possible.
