CHAD Therapeutics has been a pioneer in the field of oxygen conservation since the introduction of the first conserving device in 1983. As the only manufacturer that specializes exclusively in the development of oxygen conserving products, CHAD has been able to establish and maintain a leadership position by staying at the forefront of technological advance.

CHAD was acquired by Inovo, Inc., another leading manufacturer of oxygen regulating and conserving devices, in February 2008. CHAD’s customer service, sales, marketing, and production functions were relocated to Naples, FL. In October 2011, Drive Medical Design and Manufacturing acquired Inovo, Inc/CHAD Therapeutics. Corporate offices, research and development, and production for Inovo/CHAD remained in Naples, FL. Drive has corporate offices and distribution centers located throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Romania, China, and Taiwan.
