CHAD Therapeutics has been a pioneer in the field of oxygen conservation since the introduction of the first conserving device in 1983. As the only manufacturer that specializes exclusively in the development of oxygen conserving products, CHAD has been able to establish and maintain a leadership position by staying at the forefront of technological advance.
CHAD was acquired by Inovo, Inc., another leading manufacturer of oxygen regulating and conserving devices, in February of 2008. CHAD's customer service, sales, marketing and production functions are now located at Inovo's headquarters in Naples, Florida.
The combination of Inovo's manufacturing expertise and CHAD's leadership position will allow CHAD to continue in the tradition of innovation and excellence. In fact, we are confident that Inovo's engineering experience and advanced machining technology will actually strengthen the CHAD brand by promoting further product evolution and technological improvements.
We look forward to building upon CHAD's reputation for quality and innovation. Inovo shares the same dedication to excellence and superior customer service and we want to assure you that our ultimate goal is to exceed your expectations through the delivery of reliable, clinically effective and technologically advanced oxygen conservation products.
