Request a Return Material Authorization Number |
Whether you have a unit in need of repair, or need to return a product, you must request a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA).
You can request an RMA in one of two ways:
- Call 1-800-423-8870, ext. 300 to speak with a Customer Service Representative.
- Complete our online RMA/Warranty Check Request Form . One of our Customer Service Representatives will respond to your request within 24 hours.

If your unit is still within its 2-year warranty, it will be repaired at no charge, unless it has been damaged through abuse, negligence, unauthorized repair or accident, in which case a $40 fee would apply to pneumatic units and a $45 fee would apply to electronic units.
If your unit is out of warranty, the following flat repair fees apply:

Returned Product
Products in good working order may be returned to CHAD Therapeutics for a 20% restocking fee if the following conditions are met:
- The product remains unopened.
- The product is returned within 45 days of the date of shipment.
