All of our products are shipped via UPS Ground, unless expedited UPS service is requested. CHAD Therapeutics does reserve the right to ship via other carriers, and you have the option of requesting shipment with a different carrier if you provide us with your account number so you can billed directly. Every effort is made to ship your order within 24 hours. You may track your shipment in one of two ways:
Please note the following: Shipping Expenses Damaged Shipment Claims Shipment Shortage Shipping Expenses Shipping expenses are billed directly to you in accordance with the UPS zone chart, including any additional charges associated with expedited shipment. Damaged Shipment Claims All claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier delivering the shipment, following the carrier’s claim policy. CHAD Therapeutics’ responsibility ceases with delivery to the carrier. Shipment Shortage Should you ever receive an incomplete order, please contact Customer Service within five days of receiving your shipment to ensure we can rectify the situation in the most efficient manner possible. |
